Overview

Kevin’s focus includes counseling plan sponsors, trustees and institutional service providers regarding Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Code compliance standards and strategies for plan design, modification, and administration. Prior to joining MMPL, Kevin worked as a public defender in the Washington State courts.  When he is not at work, you can find Kevin training for his next marathon, baking sourdough, or skiing at Crystal Mountain.
