In addition to drafting plans and required amendments, he has counseled clients and represented them before the IRS and DOL on issues ranging from initial tax-qualification, tax exemption, plan correction programs, unrelated business income, plan audits, fiduciary liability issues, prohibited transactions, ERISA preemption of state laws, participant disclosure and participant claims.  Brad also counsels qualified plan sponsors and fiduciaries with respect to investment vehicles, including negotiating investment management agreements and side letters to limited partnership agreements, LLCs, and collective trusts.
